From Steph the Company Director to Megan the Sales Apprentice, our passionate staff members bring a unique blend of talents, personalities, and dedication to ensure our clients receive the best service possible. ANDY BURTON
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Our MD, what a guy, his Sales expertise and professional demeanour is hard to come by these days, having an MD that our Sales staff can approach on a daily basis for advice and guidance, has proved its weight in gold with our sales team going from strength to strength!! Andy has been in the industry for many years and during this time, he has built a Sales empire to be proud of, he still services his own customers, along with his long list of MD duties. Andy is also proud Dad to Joe & Bobby, & In his spare time he coaches’ the local Thackley Thunder Juniors, when he is not training the U16s team you will find him down the local watching the footy! Either that or walking his beloved Pooches Henry & Alvin!!
STEPH BAXTER
COMPANY DIRECTOR/ CO-FOUNDER
Steph started her career in our industry when she was just 18 years old! She has done everything from Purchasing to Sales, to management & Finance, her skills seem to be never ending! Steph absolutely loves her role as our Director & advises her Purchasing & Sales teams on a daily basis to make them the best they can be. Steph has earned her lifelong customers by always been honest & professional, most of them, she is proud to call as not just customers but friends. Steph loves to socialise with her family & friends and you will usually find her being the life & sole of any party! Either that or snuggled up on the Sofa with Henry & Alvin watching Netflix. Steph is also a full time Mum/mummy and her biggest achievements in life are her boys Joe & Bobby ❤
Sophie Pickard
BUSINESS OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Sophie first joined us in 2019 as Office Admin role, She was about to enter her final year at University doing her LAW degree & wanted some office experience throughout her Summer break, she enjoyed it so much she decided to come back to us on a part time basis whilst doing her MASTERS of Law!
She has since become a very permanent fixture, going from Office Admin, Purchasing Assistant to Purchasing Manager to Business Operations Manager, and now she is our trusted Business Operations Director. Sophie is just brilliant & no task she is set is ever too much, & always does it with a smile on her face! In her spare time Sophie loves to party with her girls, you will usually find her extremely drunk on the dancefloor re- enacting the worm!
Bruce Sturrock
SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
Bruce has been in the industry for 25 years, his customers are not just customers but also his friends, he is fiercely protective of them!!
Bruce enjoys nothing more than to wind his fellow colleagues up, he is like the annoying little brother you never wanted – but the team loves him for it, he’s very politically minded so don’t ever enter a conversation with him about politics, unless you want a headache!
Bruce is a highly valued member of our Sales team, our office would not be the same without him, in his spare time you will find him cheering on Leeds United, playing on his beloved PS4, creating new playlists on his Spotify or in the Theatre showcasing his theatrical skills on stage!
Iain Chrimes
SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
Iain brings with him a wealth of knowledge having been in the industry for many, many years.
We don’t often see Iain in the office as he works from home, however he is always there in team spirit, & he is an important part of our team!
Iain is a lovable guy, with a heart of gold, when Iain isn’t churning out Sales, you will find him with his feet up at home watching the football, we won’t mention his team though #rochdaleafc !!
Jacob Waugh
SALES TEAM LEADER
Jacob joined us back in Feb 2021, Jacob, is a fun loving lads LAD, and enjoys nothing more than a drink with his pals and a karaoke rendition of Elton John’s ROCKETMAN!
Jacob came to us with no experience in IT Sales, but he was ambitious and wanted to learn, and we are great believers in hard work pays off, and that is exactly what Jacob has done, he has had to work extremely hard to get his feet off the ground!
He ended 2021 with 28 New Accounts the most accounts across the whole sales floor that year!
We have high hopes for Jacob, we know he has got what it takes to become the next Sales King!!!
Victoria Frances
SALES TEAM LEADER
Victoria is our office silent dynamite, she may come across as sweet and innocent, and speak the queens English, but soon as she has a vodka she turns into a loud party loving animal!
Victoria joined us in July 2021, and she didn’t have any IT Sales experience, but now after almost 2 years she is absolutely smashing sales and we could not be prouder, listening to her close deals and her love for prospecting means she really has earned her place as a contender for our yearly Sales Crown. Watch this space!!!!
James Firth
ACCOUNT MANAGER
James joined us in June 2022 to our Sales team, coming from a tele-sales background, he has a very professional approach when prospecting. James is a fun member of the team, and his passions are football and drinking alcoholic beverages in the pub!
James has settled in well, he is a popular member of the Sales team and his love for learning and gaining experience is amazing to watch, we just have to watch him on the occasional pub lunch Fridays!!! He does love his cold ones!
Lisa Allan
SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
Lisa joined us in November 2022, and she has worked in our industry for many years and is one of the greats when it comes to Sales, Lisa has a very bubbly personality, Lisa is a joy to have on the Sales floor, she loves to help others and assist anyone who may need help! Her witty sense of humour has the whole office in stitches, she is definitely one of a kind!!!
We absolutely love watching Lisa thrive in her new office environment; and she is already climbing to the top of our sales board!!! Another sales crown contender!!!
Chloe Dawson
ACCOUNT MANAGER/MARKETING LEAD
Our bubbly office joker Chloe joined the team in September 2023 –and its like she has always been here, taking the banter crown now Sue has retired, Chloe is very hard working and she proving to be a hit with new & existing clients, Chloe is one to watch as she climbs her way up the Sales ladder.
Chloe is proud mum to Kaison, her greatest joy and constant source of inspiration. When Chloe isn’t busy being a mum, you can often find her indulging in one of her favorite pastimes -shopping! Whether it’s exploring local boutiques or browsing online for the latest trends, she loves to discover new treasures! And when it’s time to unwind and recharge, nothing beats a cosy evening of relaxation.
Isabella Dunn
ACCOUNT MANAGER
Joining the team in February 2024, Isabella is fresh out of the Hair and Beauty industry and is proving a hit in our sales team both internally and externally with clients existing and new.
A brunch enthusiast who loves nothing more than catching up with the girls over a delicious meal. When Izzy is not brunching, you’ll find her outdoors, enjoying long walks with her beloved dogs, soaking in the beauty of nature. And when it’s time to unwind, Isabella loves nothing more than jetting off on holiday adventures, exploring new places, and creating memories.
Emily Wheelhouse
PURCHASING TEAM LEADER
Emily joined us in October 2021…Emily is part of our Purchasing Team, and her willingness to learn new skills every day is just amazing, she is learning from the best, she ploughs through her Purchasing Duties, and in the short time Emily has been with us she has not only impressed internally but also externally with our Suppliers!
Emily is an absolute joy to have in the office, with her never ending smile and witty comments! Emily’s favourite drink is a Raspberry Gin and Lemonade, she loves a good works night out, she just needs to brush up on her pool skills for pub lunch Fridays!
The future is bright for Emily!
MOLLY MARSH
PURCHASING ASSISTANT
Molly joined the C-IT Group team in May 2026 as a Purchasing Assistant and has already settled in brilliantly, becoming a valued member of the team from the get-go. Working closely alongside Emily and Hayden, Molly looks after orders and costings, as well as handling enquiries from both the sales team and customers relating to shipments and deliveries.
Organised, approachable, and eager to learn, Molly is quickly making her mark.
Outside of work, Molly is a passionate Bradford City supporter and has proudly been a season ticket holder for over 10 years. When she’s not at the football, she’s kept busy at home with her three dogs—two Shih Tzus and a German Shepherd—who certainly keep life lively!
Molly is excited to build a successful and rewarding career at C-IT Group. With her positive attitude and strong work ethic, she’s looking forward to progressing within the company and getting to know the team along the way.
HHAYDEN JAMES
PURCHASING APPRENTICE
Hayden is a valued member of the C-IT Group team, currently working within purchasing and looking to further develop his skills through a purchasing apprenticeship. Keen to learn and always ready to get stuck in, Hayden is building a solid foundation and showing great potential for the future within the company.
Outside of work, Hayden is a big football fan, with a particular passion for Bradford City. When he’s not following the game, he enjoys spending time socialising and going out with friends.
Hayden is excited to continue growing his career at C-IT Group, developing his knowledge within purchasing and working towards his apprenticeship goals.
Aimee Wilkinson
JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
Aimee is one of our newer Junior Account Managers here at C-IT Group, Aimee joined us on the 12th
May 2025. She is tasked with smiling and dialing her customers and potential new customers, providing them with a good conversation and our best pricing! Aimee goes above and beyond for her customers, even designing some merchandise! She started with no sales
experience and now is thriving in keeping good relationships with her customers.
Aimee takes pride in finding out everyone’s dinner choices for inspiration and loves the dynamic nature as no two customers are the same! Enjoying the supportive environment of the office Aimee has made this role her home
ELEANOR WHITHAM
ACCOUNT MANAGER
Eleanor joined the C-IT Group team in May 2026 as an Account Manager and has already hit the ground running, settling in and loving every minute. Friendly, enthusiastic, and eager to get stuck in, Eleanor is excited to meet new people and build strong relationships with both colleagues and customers alike.
Outside of work, Eleanor enjoys socialising with friends over a few G&Ts at the weekend. She also spends plenty of time with her pride and joy, Doris—her beautiful British Bulldog—who keeps her company and brings lots of smiles.
Eleanor is looking forward to developing her career at C IT Group, building lasting relationships and growing a loyal customer base along the way.
