Frequently Asked Product Return Questions
Is my product still in warranty?
Most products, have one-year standard manufacturer warranty unless you have paid for a warranty upgrade. If the product arrives faulty/develops in the first 6 days after delivery, you can ask the manufacturer for a DOA form, and this can be returned through us. Any fault after that time will be repaired/replaced by the manufacturer.
Will a restock fee be applicable?
This depends on the nature of the return. Unwanted/incorrect goods are most likely to be subject to restock fees.
