Andy Burton: Managing Director and Co Founder

The vision was always about creating a positive, dare I say fun place to work for all that join the team. The most important part of C-IT Groups business growth so far has been recruitment, and this is something we have simply got right. If you look after people respectfully you get the best out of people, it has always been that straightforward for me. This is the ethos we drive as a business which is why our customers are so very well looked after. We have all the required skills, accreditations and manufacturer partnerships in place however these don’t mean a thing if you don’t have the right people steering the business, fortunately I can happily say we do !

STEPH BAXTER: COMPANY DIRECTOR/ CO-FOUNDER

I am the Company Director / Co- Founder here at C-IT Group. I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to all our departments, I enjoy procuring the best technologies & solutions for my loyal clients who I have provided a high level of service for, for many, many years. I also enjoy building solid relationships with all our vendors and distributors.
I guide and support my Sales & Purchasing teams daily, and ensure they strive to be the best they can be.
Our aim is to make sure our Company continues to excel, with our client base growing, & our supplier relations building, year on year.

We are a team, and we sure do have the best team working ‘with’ us.

SOPHIE PICKARD: BUSINESS OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

I am Business Operations Manager here at C-IT Group. I love my role, as no two days are the same. I assist the Directors on all things sale, finance, purchasing and day to day running of the office. You could say I’m a jack of all trades.

I love working for C-IT Group as you work for actual caring people and not just faceless bosses. The Directors are on the sales floor with us every single day – helping people develop and supporting career growth. This is beneficial for the Sale Account Managers and our customers as they get such a high level of care. I started in 2019 in an office admin role and worked my way up to Business Operations Director. I could not have done that without the continuous support of Steph and Andy. They genuinely want the best for all their staff which I have found to be a very rare quality.’

BRUCE STURROCK: SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

I am a dedicated IT expert with a passion for technology and innovation. With over 25 years in the industry, I joined C-IT Group to provide cutting-edge solutions and exceptional service.

Outside of work, I enjoy acting, gaming, and supporting alternative music.

Iain Chrimes: SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

I look after a number of Public Sector & Corporate customers some of whom I have worked with for many years. Being fairly techie as well I offer support if needed on more complex IT Matters. And tend to be involved in ensuring we get & keep the various accreditations we need as a progressive business. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the last 5+ years with the guys and cannot wish to work with a better Company.

Jacob Waugh: SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

I’m a sales account manager/team leader. My job is to onboard new clients via prospecting and managing accounts. As well as helping my team out whenever they need it. My favourite thing about the job is getting to see my best pals the Frenchie’s, Henry and Alvin, the people are alright as well I suppose.

Victoria Frances: SALES MANAGER

I lead my own little team I like to call my Vivians and I’ve been like a proud mum watching them grow and climbing the sales ladder. The thing I love most about working at C-IT Group is we are like one big dysfunctional family with no filter. I love going out for a drink etc and the gym. My dislikes are James

James Firth: ACCOUNT MANAGER

I am Sales Account Manager, and my Role is to service existing clients, as well as to onboard new ones.

I’m passionate about all things sports, football, rugby, boxing , MMA and the occasional round of golf!

The best thing about working for C-IT Group is that it’s not just your standard job, working here allows me to learn new skills, be introduced to the latest technology and socialising with colleagues and clients – especially over a cold beverage!

Lisa Allan: SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

I am a senior sales account manager here at C-IT Group, My role is to make sure my customers have what they need when they need it, as a business services company I enjoy being able to supply anything my customers need to run their business from IT and general office supplies to furniture and packaging. I have been in the industry for almost 20 years and have seen technology and companies needs evolve and I enjoy adapting to this and keeping up to date with how best to support my customers. in my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family from dog walks to gaming with my son. One of the many things I enjoy about working at C-IT Group is the support and encouragement everyone gives to each other, we are a team that always offer advice and help to each other whenever anyone needs it

Chloe Dawson: ACCOUNT MANAGER/MARKETING LEAD

I’m hoping to keep working my way up at the Company! I am an Account Manager and Marketing genius…I would say! My day-to-day job is entertaining the office, filming TikToks everyone loves being in, posting on our social medias, keeping everyone happy and most importantly helping my customers with all their IT needs!!! !

The thing I love the most about working at C-IT Group is that it feels like we are all each other’s annoying brothers and sisters, we all have bickers but also help each other out whenever we need it. We all pick each other up and make sure we are all good!! The one thing I would say I hate is that nobody knows how to wash up in the office!

Isabella Dunn: SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

My job role is to help out my accounts with any IT needs and also build working relationships with customers.

The thing I love most about C-IT Group is that we all get on well and help each other out!

I also love that Steph and Andy make us all feel appreciated

Emily Wheelhouse: PURCHASING TEAM LEADER

My main responsibilities are helping our sales team thrive, and making sure all orders are delivered safely and securely!
I love how close C-IT Group are both in and outside of work, we really are a little family!! But I reeeeally dislike the kitchen sink on a Friday afternoon

Hayden James: PURCHASING APPRENTICE

I am a Purchasing Assistant at C-IT Group, working within the purchasing team and supporting with orders, costings, and supplier coordination while developing towards a purchasing apprenticeship.
I’m a big fan of football, especially Bradford City, and enjoy spending my free time going out with my mates and making the most of the weekends.

The best thing about working for C-IT Group is the opportunity to learn new skills, grow within the business, and be part of a great team where there’s always a good atmosphere.

Aimee Wilkinson: JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

Aimee is one of our newer Junior Account Managers here at C-IT Group, Aimee joined us on the 12th May 2025. She is tasked with smiling and dialing her customers and potential new customers, providing them with a good conversation and our best pricing! Aimee goes above and beyond for her customers, even designing some merchandise! She started with no sales experience and now is thriving in keeping good relationships with her customers.
Aimee takes pride in finding out everyone’s dinner choices for inspiration and loves the dynamic nature as no two customers are the same!

I love working at C-IT Group because of how homely it feels, the team are very supportive, and they make everybody feel welcome! Each day is full of Laughs, Dogs and Coffee which is the BEST combination, in my opinion! The job itself is challenging but when you create a bond with a prospect it makes everything worth it!

Elanor Whitham: ACCOUNT MANAGER

Hi, I’m Eleanor, an Account Manager at C-IT Group. I’m a new member of the team, joining in May 2026 and already loving it! I’m really excited to get stuck in and meet lots of new people.

Outside of work, I enjoy going out with friends for a few G&Ts at the weekend, and I spend the rest of my time with my baby girl, Doris, my beautiful British Bulldog.

I’m really looking forward to building strong friendships with both colleagues and customers. I’d love to grow my career at C-IT Group, developing great relationships and a loyal customer base along the way.

MOLLY MARSH: PURCHASING ASSISTANT

Hi, I’m Molly, a Purchasing Assistant at C-IT Group. I am a new member of C-IT Group, starting in May 2026. My job role is looking after the orders and costings, any enquiries from the sales team or customers involving shipments and deliveries. I work alongside Emily and Hayden.

Outside of work, I am a big Bradford City fan and have proudly been a season ticket holder for over 10 years. I also have three dogs—two Shih Tzus and a German Shepherd—who keep me busy! At C-IT Group, I’m looking to build a successful career path that I can truly enjoy and feel passionate about. I’m excited about the opportunities ahead, progressing within the company, and getting to know everyone along the way.
